2021 7th International Conference on Chemical and Food Engineering (ICCFE 2021) was successfully held virtually during Feb. 25-28, 2021.

Conference chair-Prof. Umemura Kazuo, Tokyo University of Science, Japan was
making opening remarks. Firstly, he sent his warmest greetings to all
participants. Also he went to the conference venue originally planned to host
ICCFE for a live-broadcast, showing the streets and the life there outside to
all the delegates. At last, he warmly welcomed all participants to go to Tokyo
next year and meet eacch other face-to-face.
After the opening remarks, Prof. Yujiro Hayashi (Tohoku University, Japan), Prof. Hiroyuki Nakamura (Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan), and Prof. Umemura Kazuo (Tokyo University of Science, Japan) made their excellent and insightful keynote speeches. Participants actively discussed and asked questions. The academic atmosphere was very good even it's online.
There are 4 oral sessions. All the presenters had done a great job. Finally 5
presentations were selected as best presentations. Congratulations to the
winners!
